What will you be doing?

Graduates are placed on a 12 month rotational program in roles that are aligned to their academic background. Graduates will spend up to 3 months in one functional area then rotate to the next area for another specified period of time. This allows for maximum exposure in the business and gives the graduates an opportunity to recognise their technical strengths and career aspirations and interests.

Post every rotation per department, the grads will be given a research topic to present to the Management team. This equips them with both technical skills (on the job training) as well as soft skills (presentations, business writing, self-assurance and relationship building). Graduates are assigned to mentors and have consistent interaction with the management team as well as the CEO. The grads also undergo coaching sessions.
